We are at it again, but this time we are BAKING!. That’s right, our first baking pop-up class. We will be making a fun and unique cookie called a Krembo. What’s better than a plain sugar cookie? A sugar cookie (from scratch of course) with a marshmallow topping and dipped in a hard chocolate shell, that’s what! Each child will go home with about a dozen cookies and a recipe to be able to recreate these at home for the family. At The Tasty Palette we are all about having fun, gaining confidence in cooking skills but also being self sufficient and well rounded in the kitchen. So, with that in mind your kiddos will also be learning how to keep a tidy work area by cleaning as they go. Cooking and baking are so much fun but they can also make huge messes. Cleaning is an important job for any chef and we want to pass these important life skills on to our students. You can thank us later. 😉
